Thiry joined Close Brothers (Cayman) Limited in June 2003 as a Manager in Fund Services and was promoted to Deputy Head of the Department. In November 2005 she transitioned to Deputy Head of the Fiduciary Services Department and currently manages a varied portfolio of directorships and liquidations engagements.  She is a member of the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants and the Cayman Islands Society of Professional Accountants.

Kim joined Close Brothers (Cayman) Limited in November 2006 as Manager of Funds Fiduciary. Her primary responsibility includes the management of all liquidations engagements, and assisting the fiduciary team.
br> Kim has over 10 years experience in the offshore services industry and is both a chartered secretary and a professional member of the International Compliance Association.
